IZIOS Return Policy

At IZIOS, we are committed to providing high-quality diamonds and exceptional customer service. We understand that purchasing diamonds is a significant decision, and we aim to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our return policy below for details on how returns are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for loose diamond purchases only.

  • To be eligible for a return, the diamond must:

    • Be in its original, unaltered condition.

    • Be accompanied by all original documentation, including grading certificates, invoices, and packaging.

    • Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification.


2. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • After 14 days, returns will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized diamond orders.

  • Diamonds that have been set in jewelry or altered in any way.

  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events.


4. Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA):

    • Contact our Customer Support team at info@izios.com with your order details and reason for the return.

    • Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if the return is approved.

  2. Prepare the Return Package:

    • Place the diamond, its original packaging, and all accompanying documentation securely in a protective shipping box.

    • Include the RA number prominently inside the package.

  3. Ship the Package:

    • Use a reputable shipping carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Send the package to the address provided in your RA confirmation.


5. Refunds

  • Once the returned diamond is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, insurance costs, and any applicable restocking fees (up to 10%) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide instructions for return shipping at no cost to you and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.


7. International Returns

  • Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

  • Refunds will exclude any international shipping fees.
